LEG Summit 2026 is a transformational leadership gathering created to share the honest realities of leadership before transition. With the theme, “My Shoes, My Role, My Challenges in 327 Days,” the summit reflects JAMO’s desire to prepare future leaders with practical wisdom, authentic conversations, and leadership lessons gathered through service, pressure, sacrifice, and responsibility. Before handing over, he is choosing to set the pace for those coming next.
